François died at French Prairie, Oregon 1852, at age 96.

I have enjoyed reading your posts here. My 4th Great Grandfather was Pierre Poupart dit Lafleur, and I believe that his 2nd Great Grandfather was Pierre Poupart (1653-1699). You've done a lot of thorough research on the Poupart family and I thank you for doing it.
